Soudy Strong on Secrecy. Weak on Accountability

The incumbents — Flisak, Nelson, and Landis — along with newcomer Mr. Long, have little to no direct experience as educators, yet they continue making decisions that impact every classroom in the district.

They:

  • Refused to publicly condemn Mr. Formica’s inflammatory posts attacking teachers and falsely accusing schools of “grooming.”  See RTK showing this was a lie here. See posts attacking teachers here
  • Stood by silently while those statements circulated — then used over $100,000 of taxpayer funds to protect him.
  • Voted to issue baseless cease and desist orders to silence critics — orders based on lies, designed to intimidate community members into submission.  See video here
  • Routinely approve major spending with no public documentation, refusing to attach contracts or budget details to meeting agendas.  See proof here
  • Avoid school events and community interaction, despite claiming to represent the people of Souderton.

While they boast about business degrees and board titles, they lack real educational perspective — a critical gap when shaping policies that affect students and teachers every day.
