Wheeler Lies, But She Is Not The Only One.

Mrs. Wheeler claims the video doesn't tell the truth because it lacks audio. But history shows she has a difficult relationship with the truth. Even using her daughter in her lies.  What the footage does show is clear: she gets into her car, puts it in reverse, then shifts back into park and exits the vehicle. She also alleged she was blocked from leaving the parking lot—another provable lie. 

 Let’s not forget—the board had access to this video when they made the decision to issue the cease and desist orders. They chose to move forward anyway.
